Trying to load an UCS from an hardware bigip 11.6.2 to a VE 13.1.1 with platform migrate option but it failed with the LACP
Hi Everyone,
I'm struggling with an UCS with LACP configuration and I can't import it in a VE. Here the CLI I used:
tmsh load sys ucs F5_backup.ucs no-license platform-migrate
2019 Feb 22 16:54:15 F5-ISO load_config_files: "/usr/bin/tmsh -n -g load sys config partitions all platform-migrate" - failed. -- Loading schema version: 11.6.2 Loading schema version: 13.1.1 01070687:3: Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) is not supported on this platform. Unexpected Error: Loading configuration process failed. Configuration loading error: high-config-load-failed
Do you any idea how skip the LACP part ?
Thanks a lot

For this type of error, I suggest you to go with SCF file instead of UCS file. You can edit SCF file with required configurations.

Hi,
Normally for VE platform doesn't support LACP (Trunk) configure. Please try to remove the LACP (Trunk) configure.

I ran into this issue when converting physical to vCMP. What I did is unpack the UCS file, modifed bigip.conf to remove lacp references and repackaged the UCS file.
This will tell you how to extract and repackage UCS file https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K12278
I faced the same problem, to solve quickly and practically, I edited the file bigip_base.conf, removing the LACP relation that existed, after that I loaded the file normally with the command tmsh load sys config
