Trouble freeing a trunk ID ??

i install both 10.2.4 and 9.3.1 in partition mode

 

 

and when i restore 9.3.1 old .ucs ..... this message appear

 

 

 

"BIGpipe: 01070675:3: Trouble freeing a trunk ID for (name-of-trunk)."

 

 

 

 

it doesn't have solution in ask.f5.com too

 

 

 

what is this?

  • does reboot or bigstart restart help i.e. is the error gone after reboot or bigstart restart?
  • like you said. it disappear after reboot. so i hope this is not problem anymore.

    " Mount the device hosting the /shared directory determined in Step 5 to the /hotfix directory by typing a command similar to the following:

     

    mount /dev/hdc1 /hotfix

     

     

    Note: Replace hdc1 with the name of the device hosting the /shared directory. "

     

     

    what is /dev/hdc1 ? is there another /dev/hdc...?
  • what is /dev/hdc1 ? is there another /dev/hdc...?it is just partition number. the number depends on how you partition hard drive. you know tmos is running on top of linux i.e. centos.
