Traffic Group Fail over unsuccessful (Cluster : LTM 6900 & 4000s)

Hello, We added two new boxes 4000s to our cluster (2x LTM 6900). the synchronization passed successfully (1 active device & 3 standby) when we tried to fail over a traffic group between the old boxes (6900) it goes successfully. when we tried to fail over the same traffic group to one of the new boxes (4000s) it fails, nothing happens. what can prevent the fail over? thank you

    Are they all the same tmos version? Any logs in var/log/ltm to help?

      I trust the network failover settings are setup on the 4000 devices? Do you see any traffic if you run tcpdump? Did you check the ltm log file?
