TPS rate limit reached

New to F5 and investigating the following message in the logs:

 

tmm tmm[1848] 01260008 SSL transaction TPS rate limit reached

 

 

I need to find out when this issue started and trying to pull the logs for last 4 to 6 months and experience issues.

    Logs on LTM are generally rotated every day and removed after 8 days.
