There seems to be a packet delay between tenant <> F5OS on the R-series device.
I tried to dump the interface packets on the R-series, but the packets were not collected,
so I checked the packets only on the neighboring device, but the actual receiving device had a delay,
and the R-series tenant device did not have a delay.
The version is 17.1.2.1.
If anyone knows the related tcpdump method or troubleshooting method, please share it.

If your rSeries device is 5xxx or 10xxx you can do tcpdumps on F5OS platform as well as the F5 BIG-IP tenant and compare if there is a delay. See:

rSeries 4xxx or 2xxx don't use FPGA and you can't do tcpdymps on the F5OS layer just the tenant layer.
This has been confirmed to be an ICMP packet delay bug.
There is no impact on actual services, so there is no fix version.
