MVPIf your rSeries device is 5xxx or 10xxx you can do tcpdumps on F5OS platform as well as the F5 BIG-IP tenant and compare if there is a delay. See:

rSeries 4xxx or 2xxx don't use FPGA and you can't do tcpdymps on the F5OS layer just the tenant layer.
