TCP Connection Queuing

I'm trying to figure out how to set up TCP Connection Queuing on an LTM running V11.0, and I found a guide here:

It has a straightforward seven steps to follow for setting it up, the problem is with step four and beyond. Does anybody know where the "Enable Request Queuing" list is, or why it wouldn't be showing up in the Pool Configuration screen after selecting "advanced"?
