sync failed

Hi Guys,

 

I'm trying to sync the configuration for the first time, i have to load balancers (6900) version 11.2.1, connected to the same switch. When i've tried the sync i got the error you can see below. For example i can delete the self IP an re-create againg the same error appear, in this case is failing becayse the "sync address" but sometimes could be the mirroring address, i'm using the same address for mirroring, failover and synchronization.

 

 

Sync error on fondehabal01: Load failed from fondehabal02.fon.com 0107146f:3: Self-device config sync address cannot reference the non-existent Self IP (172.23.49.37); Create it in the /Common folder first.

 

Recommended action: Review the error message and determine corrective action on the device

 

 

Any idea?

    You apparently need the management addresses in the failover list too... Don't know why, but last time I had horrendous issues, support came back with this gem.
