Hello,
I did a sync from my active big-ip LTM to my standby LTM and got this sync error
Sync error on server2: Load failed from server1 01020036:3: The requested parent profile (clientssl) was not found
I see on both devices in /common the clientssl, so what good be wrong?

Seen something similar after making upgrades.
If you're sure that the config is identical you could force a full reload of the config by following this guide.

If that does not do the trick I would:
- Back up the passive unit.
- Clear the bigip.conf from config.
- Load the config with "tmsh load sys config".
- Sync FROM the active to the passive.
