NimbostratusSuddenly no portal resource icons on webtop.
from time to time we experience a sudden loss of portal resource icons on the webtop for all users. (APM version 11.4 / 11.5) nothing else has changed and the login and resource assignments are successful.
a work around is making a change in the portal resource (even just disable / enable something is enough) and applying the policy. then the icons show up again, these are all custom icons btw.
is anyone else experiencing this and have you had any luck with support finding a cause / known issue ID?

seen it happen at 11.4.1 and 11.5.1, now at 11.5.3 and hope it is over but the fact support isn't able to connect a bugID or such doesn't make me feel very happy about it.
it isn't caching, that isn't something that happens for all users at once and http watch logs proof the icons are just not send.

What version are you running?
kunjanCould it be some caching issue? Have you tried to opening browser in private mode?
