MVPseen it happen at 11.4.1 and 11.5.1, now at 11.5.3 and hope it is over but the fact support isn't able to connect a bugID or such doesn't make me feel very happy about it.
it isn't caching, that isn't something that happens for all users at once and http watch logs proof the icons are just not send.
