Not easily, unfortunately. You can try this though:

STREAM::expression {@[Hh][Oo][Ss][Tt]_[Oo][Nn][Ee]@host_one@}

Do you know if you could you use (?i) like this, does it need escaping:

STREAM::expression {@(?i)host_one@host_two@}
