Jul 23, 2013source IP persistsnce
Hi Team,
Currently our Production is running in a SAAS Enviornment. We need a request routing mechanism in Round Robin irrespective of source ip, as we are having customers who will be having single ip to F5. since Firewall will convert all client IP address to one common IP and F5 will see only that single IP. Please let me know how can i acheive a round robin LB mechanism here?
Thanks,
Akhi

Hi Akhi,
Round Robin do not take source IP address in account. Round Robin LB method will load balance connections to all members in the pool.
Take care.

i need persistence and Round robin option, so what is recommended configuration.
Actually we initiated HP performance center load testing through F5 and for that we we used one load runner then the F5 sent all the traffic to one App server for more than two hours, so is it through Source IP persistence F5 sent to one box
but currently i enabled cookie as primary persistence and source address as fall back persistence.
thanks,

Akhilesh, can you rephrase your problem description please? Typically Cookie persistence would be used in this scenario.
