Software Upgrade

Hi, I want to know how to check the last version I can upgrade to according to my license Keys, is there any way or an article explain how to achive that? please your support. Thanks,

    it always work for me eventhough I use gmail/outlook.com account.
    probably it goes to spam folder.

Enter your hardware serial number into:
https://secure.f5.com/validate/validate.jsp

it will send you email containing service contract information, including the expiry date.
you can upgrade to software versions released by the expiry date.
the version include major, minor and revision number (a.b.c thing)
