XC CE image download

I am trying to build LAB with CE hosted as a VE in my environment and I fail with such basic thing as where to download CE image from?

    You can download the CE image from the official vendor’s website or their support portal. Check their documentation for the correct version and installation steps.

    If you're deploying an SMSv2 CE the image download link will be presented to you in the console.
