SNMP OIDs

What is the correct SNMP OID for Memory and CPU. We see false alarms for few. How do we find the correct OIDs for CPU,Memory,Power supply, temperature? What are the correct thresholds

Thank you. They are several OIDs for cpu or Memory. How do we know which is the correct one and what thresholds to put?
