show running-config sys

Hi, I'm new on the F5 equipment in cardre of my end of study.   I want to know what gives the command " show running-config sys" ? it gives the whole configuration or just the changes ?   Thank...

You can also just type "list" into TMSH and it will spit out the entire configuration.
