Should a pool member that is "available (user disabled)" keep a pool in "available" state?
Suppose you have a pool with 5 pool members who are down (marked by a monitor), and a sixth pool member that is user disabled, but available. Is it supposed to keep the pool in an available state (and thus the VS), even if it is user disabled? I can't find this information in the documentation. Status inheritance doesn't seem to mention this case.

i think it is available because existing and new connection with persistence record are still accepted.

Thanks! That was what I was looking for, must have missed in the docs.
