I'm having trouble getting mysites to work with SSL offloading. We used 1 cert for multiple FQDNs. I assumed it would work fine this way. The primary web application is working fine except for 556...
You should be able to have any number of web applications using the same virtual server, as long as the BIG-IP knows which servers it should forward the request to, and on which port.
You have your mysites listening on 2341. Assuming your requests are hitting the VS on port 443, you should have a pool with members at 2341 and an iRule on the VS to send requests for mysite.com to that pool.
