send fin packet when accept specific uri (like post methods in packet)

Hi guys

I have some question !

our customer's using web keeper so, we send all of packet to web keeper then, they Identifies it as uri and sends a reset packet.

but something site can't block .. we get only one reset packet for one port (this site using variety of ports when click send button)

so, I want to send fin packet to client if we get reset packet from web keeper

anyone have some solution ??
