SecureAuth and F5 APM iApp for CA SiteMinder Deployments

Dear all,

 

to combine the universal access capabilities of BIG-IP APM with the Authorization

 

capability of SiteMinder we have installed from SecureAuth their IdP Version 7.0.3 appliance

 

and integrated the iApp 'SecureAuth_Siteminder_v.1.1_051613' on our big-ip under 11.3.

 

During the setup of this iApp we were asked

 

 

What IP address is assigned to your SecureAuth PDP server(s):

 

Address: Port:8586

 

 

What is this '8586' port for? On our SecureAuth 7.0.3 appliance there is no listener for this port.
