Resetting to Factory Default
Did you encounter any particular error?
I haven't tested this procedure myself;
I would have first reset both devices using the following procedure :
and then used the KB:

Thanks for your suggestion. Sorry it's taken a while to reply. I just ran thru these procedures and got the same results that I got the previous times where the first device went very smoothly and only took may 10 minutes. The second device took 20-30 minutes.
I was able to get a couple of screen captures. The first capture shows quite a few of lines that start with info: copying package... and the next line starting with debug: copied... All of these lines show filenames ending in .rpm.
In my other capture, the lines show info: RPM: followed by different messages. A quick search tells me RPM is the Red Hat Package Manager.
I did check and it appears that everything has been wiped on the second device just like the first. Just trying to understand why devices in a pair act differently.
