Re-ordering Active Rules

Hi, Am trying to move some rules from the end to the front, and having an issue reordering the Active Rules under the 'Security-Network Firewall' section.   From the WebGUI the list of rules spans...

Hi, Am running 11.5, and waiting on long term release train 11.6.1 before upgrading.

 

Have tried various browsers with no luck. Unfortunately, if you use any filter, then the reorder option is unavailable. Changing the records per screen doesn't affect the security rules, maybe an oversight by F5.

 

Is there a way of reordering rules via CLI?
