Random incorrect authentication in application

We have a portal hosted on F5. which has uses SSO for authentication. Randomly user A gets user B's dashboard. Can any profile or settings in F5 cause this issue? There is default oneconnect profile and optimized-caching attached to VS.

    Are you using NTLM as the SSO method?
    Because with oneconnect the first HTTP of a user is being reused and it will also reuse the NTLM credentials of the first user. You also need to add the NTLM profile to the virtual server (on LTM level).
