Exchange cert upgrade on F%
I need help to cert upgrade on f5. I have updated cert on f5 for all the profiles associated with exchange 2019 .but webmail is working fine with new certificate exchange client is not working it is asking for the password.

Do you have Extended Protection enabled on exchange.
Did you updated exchange with the same new certificate?

Thanks Injeyan for your reply. Yes new cert is updated and we are using Extended protection om exchange 2019. Same exchange server when we are accessing from web its working fine and giving the new certificate but outlook client is keep asking for password to sync.

Can you confirm that extended protection was enabled before and working with SSL bridging or enabled just now?
In theory it should work if you have the exact same certificate configured both in F5 and Exchange.

But there is also this discussion mentioning that have not worked for them. Extended Protection has not worked for me also with SSL bridging.
