questions regarding BIND and GTM as primary and secondary DNS server for a domain

Here is a scenario A:

 

 

Primary DNS server: BIND

 

Secondary DNS server: GTM

 

 

 

How can we manage the zone transfer and updates to the GTM. Will GTM honor the dns updates from BIND?

 

 

 

If scenario doesn't work, will Scenrio B work?

 

primary DNS: GTM
