Wanted to confirm. If Priority Group Activation is disabled. Does it make sense to even toggle priority for pool members to drain connections?
Say a Pool has 8 members and 4 are due for patching...

NacreousNo, it will not matter. Much like ratios, the numbers in the priority field have no bearing unless you have priority activation enabled for the pool.

NimbostratusSorry, have a follow up query. Since lowering priority will not really drain connections. The best approach is to DISABLE the members to drain the connections? and then FORCE OFFLINE once there's no more connections?
