Qkview file is size 0

Hi,

 

I've launched "qkview" and when this tool finieshed the size is 0. I seen the file into /var/tmp/F5localhost.qkiew.

 

I've executed several time this tool but I've always given the same result, so size is 0.

 

What I can check, please??

 

My device version is BIG-IP 11.6.0 Build 6.0.442 Hotfix HF6

    I assume you did this from GUI.

    Try running this command from CLI 
    nice -n 19 qkview
    This means you're running qkview with lower priority that does not effect performance.
