Problem in uploading .iso image in F5 APM device
Hi,
We have F5 Big-IP APM devices with version 12.1.2 in active/standby pair. To be clear; we want to upgrade both F5 devices to 14.1.2.1 version as it is stable according to F5 TAC, but when we tried to import .iso image in F5 it was not getting imported even after waiting for around more than 2 hours. It was showing 0% progress. We even checked disk space which had almost 50GB free space left. Can anyone help me out to upload image in F5 via cli or winscp; or any other alternate way?
Thanks in advance!!!
Hi Cleophus,
Can you try via winscp?
Upload folder: /shared/images/

I'm seeing the same thing on a 12.1.2 virtual F5. It sits at uploading forever.

I had the same problem with the F5 4200. I had to use winscp as a workaround.
I had some issues with the 14.1 version with our PoC virtual F5 too. Post upgrade the F5 services were rebooting frequently, as the 14.1 version was resource hungry eating up the RAM and CPU allocated via VMware.
