portal access help!

Hi,   Am new to APM and in the process of migrating our resources from Firepass. My question is, with portal access, im trying to get owa to work...no matter what I try I just get a page cannot b...

thanks for the info again, I cant see nothing when I run the tail command (when I click the OWA link, noting populates in the ssh window), tried the direct link and it works! how can I get it to work via virtual server address though?
