Mar 27, 2016Portal access error
Hi DC experts,
I am having error when I am accessing portal access using external network.
On my nslookup I came up with this.
nslookup 4runner.mundipharma.ph
Server: 10.140.0....

The Portal Access host must be:
- Accessible via TMM's routing (data plane).
- DNS-resolvable using the system DNS settings (again, data plane).
For testing with nslookup, you're using maybe the data plane or maybe control plane depending on how the routing and interfaces are set up. If you check the routing table in the shell (ifconfig), the "eth0" interface is for management, and the others are TMM's data interfaces.
