Pool status not shown correctly after enable/disable

We have been trying to create on JAVA application where we want to manage F5 pools. We are able to enable/disable pools. It takes a while to enable/disable in backend but api returns true immediately.

Is there any workaround to get exact status once backend enable/disable is finished. We don't want to show false data to user. Any help is much appericiated
