Persistence - Match Across...

Another persistence feature I'm stumped with I'm afraid.

 

The Match Across Service, Virtual Server and Pool options, are these available with all persistence methods? I ask as it seems the last two find a match based on source client parameters but how could that be compatible with 'destination/request' related methods such as Hash?
