Ordering of the strings in a string data class with values

So I have some code that writes some string and values in a data class.

 

 

I wanted to do a reverse ordering based on the strings but when I save it to the F5 it seems to resort it in alphanumeric order. Is that a default behavior? If so can I change it so it lets me do what I want?
