OAuth2: What is APM Userinfo Endpoint ?

Hello, new to Oauth2, I'm creating an APM authorization server, in order to offer authenticattion for Jupiterhub client.

This client ask userinfo endpoint uri. Does it exists (APM v13) ? If it doesn't, can I create an equivalent endpoint using APM Oauth standard functionnalities.
