Monitors towards disabled pool members

Hi all,

 

I noticed that, even if I disable the pool member, I can see the monitor still sends request to it. Can someone explain the reason behind this behavior? Does it make any difference if I set it offline?

    When you set it to offline, health check requests should stop. With 'disable' state, health check requests would continue. You disable a service for temporary service maintenance.
