Monitoring F5 iseries using Cacti
Hello Guys,
I have to monitore F5 I2600 clusters with cacti . Bigip version (13.1.3 - LTM+APM)
is one of you used these old template to achieve this : https://docs.cacti.net/usertemplate:host:f5:bigip
can you monitore I2600 CPU with this template ?
Thanks ,
I haven't personally tried, but yeah, it should work fine as long as your have SNMP configured, and there's nothing that's changed the OID's being monitored...
If you strike real issues then just post question and ask. preferably with a. bit of debugging having been performed, so validate SNMP queries & responses etc (i.e. a tcpdump of port 161 shooting the data - not that these tcpdump will include community names, so best to test and validate any issues on a non-production environment)
