Modify URI passed to servers ?

Howdy. I've a quick question to ask regarding iRules...     Is is possible to identify urls of the form:     http://thisismysite.com/aDirectory/aScript?par1=Type125&par2=2 etc......

No, there is not support for this in 4.x.
