LTM virtual machine offline

Hi dears all I've got offline issue in LTM virtual machine [root@F5-1:Offline] config. How could I resolve the problem.   regards

As per logs it looks root user fired 

halt
or 
shutdown -h now
command twice @NZDT(Fri Jan 1 16:08:16 NZDT 2016 & Fri Jan 1 16:08:16 NZDT 2016) and reload configuration twice. I guess you need to hard reboot device
