on which criteria we should decide which approach is the best? Also why many of professionals recommend active-standby approach?

Vsevolod_Petrovwith active-standby no oversubscription possible.
with active-active you should always keep in mind to not load the box over 50%.
Mahmoud_Eldeeb_if so, who have the decision of loading boxes? its an internal process- Vsevolod_Petrovnobody. it's just an advice. imagine that one of your box in a-a cluster loaded up to 70% and second box has 80%. when failover occurs active box will have 150%. that's why it is recommended to build N+1 clusters.
