Login loop for OWA via F5 LTM

We have configured LTM for exchange 2016 with an iApp templat. The backed servers are integrated with Gemalto for 2FA.

 

However when we enter the credentials, access is not granted to the mailbox rather gets redirected to the login page again

 

How to approach this issue ?
