Actually, there may be an easier solution.
With SNAT still enabled, what happens if you just specify the BIG-IP's self IP address (or range of SNAT pool addresses, depending on how you have things configured) as allowed when setting up your custom receive connector?

I have already tried that and it doesn't work. I have also added a dedicated IP for this connector on the exchange Hub server and that doesn't work. The default connector is set to use all available IPs. found a blog which suggests a workaround so we are thinking to check with F-5 support if this solution would work for us.
