Issue with big-ip edge client

I have this issue with big-ip edge client,

1st when I use edge client to VPN it doesnt let me do DNS lookup (internal DNS lookup, i.e unable to ping machine by name also split tunnel doesnt work), however when I VPN using https VIP it works fine.

2nd I have uninstalled the client from my workstation, downloaded a fresh client from F5 (not access policy specific as I login to many access policy one at a time) and installed it, but I cannot find the edge client any where.

I have tried this from two different windows machine (XP and windows 7), I can see the client installed successfully as I can see it is under add/remove. Where is my client, I have searched the usual placed also did agent ransack search still nothing.
