Is there any way to export/move ifiles from one F5 to another ?

Hello,

 

Just wondering, once an iFile has been imported is there any way to export it back out of the system ? for example if the original source file was lost.

 

need to get an ifile out of a DEV F5 and to production, was hoping not have to re-create the source file.
