Is it possible to determine the presence of a running virus scanner or firewall on a Mac?

I know that scanning for firewalls or virus scanners is not supported with the Opswat component. Does anyone know if there's a way to check for a running virus scanner or firewall using the Mac file scanner.

 

 

I know I could scan for things like definition files, but this would only tell me that the virus scanner was installed. I'm interested in scanning for files that are present only when the scanner or firewall is running.
