IRule to protect Vcloud VMRC port
Hi
Has any one got a irule to protect the Vmware Vcloud VMRC HTTPS port? We trying to secure a VMware Vcloud system with a LTM and have configures a logon and OTP on the standard https interface but the VMRC port can't be secured (i.e we can't set the http profile so cannot define a APM policy on it, VMware issus as they use this port for non http data). Has anyone got a irule that will store the users IP address when thay on the https interface (virtual server) and when the users opens up the VMRC interfaces (virtual server) the irule will check that the stored IP address list and then allow the access.
I rather not have the VMRC port open to the Internet without any limits on it.

This iRule is pretty good with configurable ranges and URLs: https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/iRules.IP-Filter-iRule.ashx
