EmployeeiRule recognize blank space in URI?
Hi, I need to detect blank space in URI and either remove it or rewrite it:
www.mysite.com/some content/showme.html
to
www.mysite.com/some%20content/showme.html
...
You need to rewrite the uri in CLIENT_DATA using TCP::payload replace. The HTTP parser will not recognize the spaces in the uri (the original problem) and so when you rewrite the uri, it only rewrites what it thinks is the uri (everything up to the first space). That is why you are left with the extra " and B".
