IP TTL Pass-Through

I have a application that works great with a Performance L4 VS (fastl4), but fails when I run it through a Standard VS due to the IP TTL changing from the client to server side. I would like to add TCP Optimization to this traffic which requires the Standard VS, but I also need a way to proxy the IP TTL. Does anyone know a way to proxy IP TTL?
