IP DNS (GTM) Deployment in production environment.

We are building a DR site for the production site. We need to deploy one GTM on both sites. We are building DR site for selected APPLICATION not all of them.   What would be my best solution? 1...

Hi Kunjan, The article you referred looks like the solution to my problem. Can you tell that creating sub-domain in DNS server will effect client traffic?

 

Creation of sub-domain will not effect clients right? they will be accessing service through there old URL?

 

How much downtime is required for this activity on DNS if i know exactly what to do?

 

If we shift traffic to secondary DNS and perform this activity on primary DNS and Vise versa, will require no downtime right?
