Jul 25, 2006Improving performance - more smaller rules or fewer large ones
As we are now really getting hooked on using iRules, (awesome stuff, iRules) I am wondering what is better for performance, fewer, but larger iRules, or more, smaller ones.

Hi,
I'm under the impression there shouldn't be much of a difference. You can use the timing function to compare:
timing
